Sorry for the belated response. We were running from pillor to post for treating Adithya who got injured due to chocklet bomb blast. Details you may find below.

Meanwhile, our heart felt blessings to your children and may Radha Madhav and Lord Narasimha Dev shower their fullest mercy on them.

The details of Adithya injury/treatment and the miracle:

MIRACLE AT MAYAPUR

Chakravarthy Raj aged 14 years s/o Radha Kanta Gopal Das and Padma Radhika DD got hurt due to cracker burst on Saturday 28 Oct 06. The cracker, a chocklet bomb, burst practically on his face. He was immediately rushed to the hospital and then to the eye/skin specialist.

Next day morning, Pankajangiri Prabhu, one of the head pujaris at Mayapur Chandrodaya Mandir, offered prayer to Lord Narasimha Dev for the speedy recovery of Chakravarthy Raj.

For the next 2 days he was just lying on bed without much movement and he could not even open his eyelids. He was then taken to an eye hospital at Barackpur (Disha Hospital) and they found out that the carina (the white portion of the eye) of both the eyes took the burn injury and that the pupil is saved. Hence, there was no problem in his eye sight and that a treatment of 15 days will make his carina cured.

He was then taken to Kolkata on 2nd November (6th day) for treatment to his facial injuries. The Doctors checked him right from day 1 said that he suffered a 2nd degree burn injury on his face. Even at Kolkata Hospital, they diagnosed the same thing and further suggested of going in for (1) facial dressing (2) chemical crafting after a fortnight and (3) then a plastic surgery after 6 months or 1 year.

THE MIRACLE : Finally, on 2nd Nov evening he was taken to the dressing room at Kolkata Hospital. Within 3 minutes, the people from the dressing room rushed out and took his parents in side. To their surprise, they saw Chakravarthy standing in the room and there was no mark of any injury on his face.

When asked for clarification, the Dr who started dressing him and the others present in that place could not give any valid reason. One of them said " eh tho Krishna ka chamatkar hai". When we wanted to pay the Doctor he said, " you are all coming from ISKCON Mayapur and I do not want any money".

All glories to Lord Narasimha Dev and all glories to Sri Sri Radha Madhav.

Human Devolution by Michael Cremo - Invitation for Book Release in Chennai.

ISKCON has a scientific wing where scientists who have realised the greatvalue of the vedic truths, use the same medium of science to prove these truths to the scientific world. One such person is Michael Cremo alias Drutakarma dasa. After the great success of his book "Forbidden Archeology" where he lists several evidence that were withheld from the public as it did not match with the popularly accepted Darwinian theory of Evolution, he has now come up with a book called "Human Devolution - A Vedic alternative to Darwin's Theory".

The "Human Devolution" is to be released officially in Chennai. Mr. Cremo is visiting Chennai to be present during this time and participate in a book signing program. The fixed schedule is as follows:

1) 14th Nov, Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm - Function at Oxford Book Center,
Nungambakkam, Chennai, India.

2) 15th Nov , Wednesday, 7pm-7.45pm - "Author's Event" at Odyssey,
Annanagar, Chennai, India.
